The Testica 2000 is an unreliable new car that Al financed in Requiem for a Chevyweight (Part 2) after his Dodge "dies" in the previous episode.
After having to bury the Dodge in the backyard, Al is convinced that it is time to buy a new car. Al is sold the Testica by a predatory salesman named Cal Stevens, who pretends to know about Al and his Four Touchdowns, essentially treating him like a celebrity. Upon showing him the Testica in the car room, he convinces Al to lease it as he is giving him the "Red Carpet lease".
Not long after purchasing the car, Al sees that it is even more of a lemon than his old Dodge. Marcy points out that he was suckered into the deal, as the agreement he signed lasts for 20 years and has a balloon payment at the end. He attempts to return the Testica 2000 to Cal, only for him to pretend to not even know who Al is and then blame Al for not reading the fine print, before threatening to kick him out of the building.
After Jefferson and Dr. Fisher are able to bring the Dodge back to life, Al attempts to return the Testica once more. He visits Cal and yells that he has a present for him. He then proceeds to drive the Testica through the window, causing Cal and other customers to run for cover.
