Beer Girls are a trio of bikini clad women who briefly appear in the short film, The Story of Beer that Al Bundy watches after learning about a proposed beer tax hike. They appear on Married... with Children in the Season 7 episode, "The Chicago Wine Party".
They are played by actresses and Playboy models Cindy Margolis as Beer Girl #1, Robin Killian as Beer Girl #2 and Tonya Poole as Beer Girl #3.

As Al is forced to walk home from Gary's Shoes & Accessories for Today's Woman and make his way through Downtown Chicago, several petitioners asks him to sign their petitions as the 1992 U.S. Presidential Elections are coming up shortly. After turning them down, one petitioner asks Al to sign a petition to stop a proposed increase in beer tax by 2 cents, stopping Al in his tracks and leaving him horrified. The petitioner then offers Al a beer and shows him a video on the story of beer.
The two men walk over to a small television set and start the video. After a brief instrumental fanfare and the title card The Story of Beer is shown, a trio of attractive blond women in bikinis are shown smiling and posing in front of a beach themed backdrop. They then say "Beer" before laughing and dancing, bringing the film to its conclusion. Al is truly moved by the video and after arriving back home, tries to convince his family to vote for the first time.

- Robin Killian who plays Beer Girl #2 later appeared on MWC in "Wedding Show" as Natalie, an attractive woman who appears in Al Bundy's dream before Peg wakes him up.
- Cindy Margolis and Tonya Poole, who play Beer Girl #1 and #3 respectively, appeared in the same special edition of Playboy from 1992, Playboy's Garters and Lace. The special issue also featured MWC guest stars Petra Verkaik, Pamela Anderson, and Renee Tension.
- Margolis later appeared on MWC in an uncredited role as the bikini model posing in front of the Dodge Viper in the Season 8 episode, "Get Outta Dodge".
