Biff is a character who instructs Bud Bundy and his date, Kara during their sky diving trip in the Season 6 episode of Married... with Children titled "The Mystery of Skull Island".
He is played by actor and former American Gladiators star, Danny Lee Clark.

After several dates that led to Bud getting severely beaten, Kara that tells him over the phone she has planned their next date, which would involve sky diving.
Despite Bud hoping that his parents and sister would at least make an attempt to convince him to not go, he goes through with it. On the plane ride, Kara tells Bud that she thinks he is brave for doing this with her, before revealing that her last boyfriend was boring because they just had sex all the time, much to Bud's chagrin. Bud then tries to convince himself that he will not do it, until he gets a glance of Kara's breasts and decides he will do it.
Biff emerges from the cockpit and tells the group that he will be joining them on the jump and will keep in contact by using a headphone set in case something goes wrong. He then explains to Bud a few possible things that could wrong, such as the parachute not deploying or even not having a parachute packed in the first place. After wondering why the three men next to him and Kara are not jumping first, Biff points out that they backed out as they don't have a women to jump with them.
Feeling nervous, Bud asks Kara for a first and possibly last kiss before jumping. Although she happily agrees to do so, the plane finally reaches the drop zone and Biff immediately pushes Bud out before he can receive his kiss. During his freefall, he tries to convince Kara that he is perfectly fine, while screaming in horror when Biff comes on. As Biff tries to instruct Bud on what to do next, he suddenly turns his attention to Kara and flirts with her. Upon hearing Kara flirt back with Biff and brag that she knew they were going to have sex upon seeing each other before flashing her breasts to him, the mic cuts off, leaving Bud to continue freefalling while screaming in horror.

In the final scene, Biff is shown on the plane again and asking someone off screen if they want their last minute instructions. The person is revealed to be Al Bundy, who had gone insane after being forced to kiss his neighbor, Marcy D'Arcy during a game of "Ethical Dilemma" . Al, not wearing his parachute, then begins to laugh hysterically before flinging himself out of the plane's door as Biff looks on in confusion.
