The Bundy Baby (also known as Kid 3) is a fantasy character that appears in Al Bundy's dream after learning about Peggy Bundy's pregnancy in the Season 6 episode, "She's Having My Baby (Part 1)"
The "Nightmare" Baby is played by an uncredited Abraham Benrubi.
Background[]
After arriving home from work, a pregnant Peg and Marcy D'Arcy force Al to sit on the staircase, as the ladies needed as much space as possible on the couch. Peg later forces Bud and Kelly to join Al on the staircase. As the kids lament at how far they have fallen on the chain of love, Al reassures them that it will pass, as soon they (or at least Bud) will be able to move out soon. Al then laments that the only person whose life is truly over is his, as he begins to have a fantasy where he is playing football against an unnamed team.
In the fantasy, Al, donning his #33 Polk High Panthers uniform, is handed the ball and looks into the camera while giving a smile and nod. He then manages to knock over the opposing team with ease and walk halfway down the field unscathed and without anyone chasing him down. A moment later, he comes across Peg, who is smiling and licking her lips before charging at him. He is able to spin around her easily and continue his stroll on the field.
He then comes up to Kelly, who is ready to tackle him. He simply walks up to her and points upward to the sky, causing her to look upward for some time. He begins to laugh as he gets past her, while she continues struggling to figure out what she was suppose to look at in the sky.
Finally, he stops and sees Bud, who is reading an issue of Playpen. The young Bundy throw the magazine aside and tries to tackle Al head on, but Al powers through him and knocks him down. Bud is then shown screaming in horror as Al stomps on his son's face with his football cleats.

"Nightmare" Baby Bundy grabs Daddy
As Al waves to his fans and is about to reach the goalpost, he suddenly stops in his tracks. At the end zone, Al sees a giant man in a baby bonnet, diaper, and jersey that reads "Kid 3", sucking on a pacifier and grinning at him. Al tries to offer the giant baby the football, but he shakes his head to indicate "No". As the now terrified Al tries to turn and flee, the baby grabs him and turns him upside down, violently shaking him as several dollars (along with Al's wallet, jockstrap, and a roll of toilet paper) fall out. After shaking everything out of Al, the baby tosses Al's body across the stadium with no effort and then sits down to count the money.

A few moments later, the baby walks over to Al, who is now stuffed into a trash can with one of his legs literally over his head, and forces his pacifier into his father's mouth before patting him on the head and walking off.
