Cal Stevens is a car salesman who sells Al Bundy the 1996 Testica 2000.

Description[]
He is a middle aged man who speaks with a southern accent and wears a bolo tie, along with women's panties. He owns his own dealership called Cal Stevens Motors.
Background[]
After Al's Dodge dies and is buried in the backyard, he decides that it is time to move on and buy a car. He visits Cal Stevens Motors and meets Cal. Al tells Kelly and Bud that sales is "a duel of wits" as he is familiar with the art of dealing and selling. Cal first shows him a 1997 Kiwi, though it appears to be a bit too small for him.
He then tries to sweet talk Al by telling him that he looks like he played football professionally and pretends that Al is his idol after he mentions his famous "Four Touchdowns in a Single Game" to Cal. Al becomes a bit wary and tells him that he won't be suckered into a lease, until Cal takes him into the showroom and shows him the Testica 2000.
At first, Al enjoys driving the Testica 2000, though it soon turns out to be a lemon and malfunctions, leaving Al injured and burned. He goes back to Cal Stevens Motors and tries to talk to Cal, but he pretends that he never seen nor heard of Al and doubts that Al was ever his idol in the first place. Al complains that the car's electronics are malfunctioning and Cal reassures him that repairs will be covered under the extended warranty, until he points out that he was too smart to buy the extended warranty after listening to Cal when he bought the car.
Cal warns him to calm down or he will force him to leave. He tells Cal that he won't leave empty handed and then Cal steals a red balloon from a young girl and offers it to Al. He tries to destroy the balloon to shown him what will happen to Cal's head if he doesn't do the right thing and fix the car, but he eventually gives up and goes home. Later, Jefferson D'Arcy and Dr. Fisher are able to bring the Dodge back to life.
Sometime later, while Cal is talking to another potential customer, Al drives back to Cal Motor Stevens with the Testica and red balloon in hand. He yells at Cal that he has a present for him. He then proceeds to drive the Testica through the window, causing Cal and the customer to run for cover.

- Cal Stevens' accent and fashion is based on used car salesman Cal Worthington, who was known for his chain of dealerships along the west coast and their commercials.
