Cynthia Sullivan is a former American actress.
On Married... with Children, she played Mildred, a woman who visits the Bundy's yard sale with her husband Tom (Season 4) in the Season 4 episode, "Yard Sale".
Her only other acting credit to date was playing Shelia Thomas in a 1984 episode of the ABC soap opera, All My Children.
