F.A.N.G. (Feminists Against Neanderthal Guys) is the organization founded by Marcy D'Arcy in response to Al's formation of NO MA'AM. The two groups are often found to be protesting one another, and as such, usually counter the other group's attempts at achieving certain goals. Al has tricked F.A.N.G. to his advantage once, to take down a provocative billboard of Peggy Bundy.
While its name and logo only appear in "Honey, I Blew Up Myself", it can be assumed that this is Marcy's women's group for the rest of the series.
Background[]
The group appear to consist of middle aged women. In "Honey I Blew Up Myself", the women attending the meeting appear to be in business dresses, meaning they are either Marcy's co-workers or work in professional jobs such as lawyer or education. In other episodes, the women are more casually dressed.
Like NO MA'AM, there are various members who appear briefly on screen or don't speak. The only consistent member besides Marcy is Dot who typical serves as Marcy's hired muscle during protest.

In the episode "Honey, I Blew Up Myself" in Season 8, a jealous Al turns to FANG to get a sexy bedroom photo of Peg, which she had taken as a birthday present to Al, taken down from the billboard next to the shoe store, for it had all types of men frequenting the mall, mostly to ogle her image.
In the Season 10 episode "Reverend Al", Al and and his buddies in NO MA'AM decide to form their own church in order to avoid paying beer tax. When Marcy and her FANG cohorts expose Al's plan to the public, NO MA'AM surprisingly receives sympathy and donations from thousands of "long-suffering" married men in America which makes it possible for them to open their church.
