Heather Elizabeth Parkhurst (born January 16, 1967) is an American actress and model. She is best known for being part of the Swedish Bikini Team during the early 1990s, as well as appearances in television shows and movies such as Beverly Hills Cop 3, Sherman Oaks, and Bikini Summer 3: South Beach Heat.
On Married... with Children she appeared in 2 episodes during Season 5: as Flopsie, the secretary at the Weenie Tots factor in "Weenie Tot Lovers and Other Strangers" and then as Almond, one of Al's fantasy girls in "Route 666 (Part 2)". She also appeared as part of the Swedish Bikini Team in the Season 6 episode, "The Gas Station Show".
She also appeared on the MWC spin-off, Top of the Heap as Sherry in the episode, "Behind the Eight Ball".

Parkhurst was born in San Francisco and grew up in Pebble Beach, California. She later moved to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career.

She began acting in 1991, appearing in several FOX shows, starting with Top of the Heap, followed by Beverly Hills, 90210, Get A Life (featuring MWC guest star Brian Doyle-Murray), Married... with Children, and Herman's Head. She also appeared twice on The George Carlin Show as Nurse Heather, though was nearly unrecognizable due to her wearing a black wig.
Other television show appearances including Rachel Gunn, R.N. (a show created by MWC producer Katherine Green and featured several future MWC guest stars including Dan Tullis, Jr. and Derek Sellers), Dear John, Silk Stalkings, Pacific Blue, Melrose Place, Wings, Perversions of Science, and Titus.
One of her best known roles was on the SHOWTIME comedy series, Sherman Oaks from 1995 to 1997 and appeared in all 35 episodes. On the show, she played Tiffany Baker, the attractive but ditzy daughter of Dr. Sanford Baker (played by fellow MWC guest star, Nick Toth). The show also featured fellow MWC guest stars Rochelle Swanson in a recurring role, as well as Renee Tenison, Leonard Kelly-Young, Gary Coleman, and Gilbert Gottfried.
Her last television appearance was on the FX series, The League in 2009.

In the early 1990s, she appeared in mostly low budget films, such Body of Influence, Conflict of Interest and Witchboard 2.
She had a brief cameo in the 1994 movie, Beverly Hills Cop 3, as an "Annihilator Girl", one of three models who are featured in an ad for the Annihilator 2000 gun.
She also appeared in the 1994 comedy film, The Silence of the Hams, starring several MWC guest stars including Dom Deluise, Bubba Smith, Larry Storch and Charlene Tilton.
She starred in and produced the 1997 erotic comedy film, Bikini Summer 3: South Beach Heat, playing Jamie, a makeup artist who soon finds herself working as a bikini model.
Her last movie appearance was in the 2006 film, Alpha dog.

She appeared nude in multiple issues of Playboy during the 1990s. She first appeared in the August 1991 issue, in the pictorial, "California Dreamin'" (along with fellow models and MWC guest stars Michele Smith and Sandra Wild) and then in the January 1992 issue along with her fellow Swedish Bikini Team members. She was also in the April 1998 issue in a non-nude article titled "Grapevine: Who Dressed Heather?".
She also appeared in the Playboy video, Inside Out II in the segment, "I've Got a Crush on You".

She appeared in the music video for "Lisa, Lisa (The One I Adore)" by actor, comedian and fellow MWC guest star, Pauly Shore.
Personal Life[]
In 2015, she appeared on the E! medical program, Botched, where she visits a pair of plastic surgeons to fix her breast implants after they had deflated, causing an infection that lead to what she called "Zombie Breasts". She mentions that she got implants when she moved to Hollywood and they helped her get more roles. Coincidentally, she also mentioned that her rival at the time was Pamela Anderson who appeared with her on both MWC and TOTH.[1][2]
In 2020, her arm was mauled by one of her pet pit bulls. In an interview with TMZ, she mentioned that she was petting her younger pit bull puppy, when the older one suddenly became jealous and attacked her. She ended up with crushed bones in her hand, along with torn ligaments and deep cuts.[3]
