Joe Piscopo (born June 17, 1951) is an American comedian, actor, musician, writer and a radio talk show host. He is best known for being a cast member on the NBC late night sketch show, Saturday Night Live from 1980 to 1984.
He has been mentioned in multiple episodes of Married...with Children as the butt of a joke. According to Bundyology.com, MWC writer Ellen L. Fogle had worked as a writer for SNL during the 1982-1983 season. She stated that he would often complain about the show's writing and she got revenge by writing running jokes about him and his career into several MWC episodes.
