Lorraine is one of two girls that Kelly Bundy befriends after they are abandoned by their dates and left to walk home in a wooded area. She appears in the episode of Married... with Children titled "T-R-A-Something-Something Spells Tramp".
She is played by actress Liz Vassey.

After Kelly is abandoned by her date, Ralph, for not putting out and has to make her way home from the woodlands, she comes across a "Deer Crossing" area. There, she meets Lorraine and D.J., as the two, who seem just about as dim-witted as Kelly, had waited several hours for an actual deer to come by and cross their paths. As D.J. suggests that the should finally just go for it and cross, Kelly stops them, believing that it is some sort of trap. She then tells Lorraine and D.J. that if they cross, the police will show up and throw a dead dear at their feet, which will then lead to them sharing a prison cell with former boxer, Mike Tyson. After she learns that both girls had to walk home for not putting out, Kelly referred to the new trio as "The Three POOGO-TEERS" ("POOGO" referring to "Put Out or Get Out").
The three decide to take a seat on the nearby railing and after getting called "Tramps" by a passing police officer, discuss their issues with men. Lorrain expresses her disdain with being called a "Tramp" as she adjusts her bra and D.J. asks if a girl has to wear underwear just to get some respect in society. Kelly then explains her belief that men are the real tramps, as they'll have sex with anyone and anywhere and tells a story about how a group of men at a funeral stopped to stare at her as she walked past a cemetery. The other girls agree with Kelly, with D.J. saying that despite claims, women do not spend all their times on their backs. A moment later, she notices the constellation Orion and asks the girls to confirm it. Lorraine decides to drop down and lay on her back, confirming that it is Orion.
Just then, a car drives by and the girls try to get the driver's attention, before realizing that it is Ralph. Believing that Kelly couldn't stop thinking about him during her hour long walk, the egotistical Ralph tells her that he will forgive her and give her a ride home, in exchange for putting out. She then tries to convince him that she and her new friends would be willing to wrestle each other in a nearby field and that he should drop his pants first to get them excited.
Believing that he is "Ralph enough" for three women, he gladly complies with Kelly's instructions and as he hobbles over to meet the ladies, Kelly and her newfound friends outmaneuver him and get in his car. As he finally catches up to them, unaware that they are trying to steal his car, he tries to convince them that they are dumb and that the field is in the other direction. Kelly then mocks his penis size, claiming that it isn't even "Ralph enough" for one. As the trio are about to leave him, he tries to stop them and ask how will he be able to get home. Kelly suggest that he trying walking home in their shoes, as she and the other girls fling their high heel shoes at him and then speed off.
