Mandi is a neighbor of the Bundys who appeared in the Season 5 episode of Married... with Children titled "Do Ya Think I'm Sexy?".

After Al Bundy is seen moving the couch for his newest neighbor, an attractive blonde named Brenda Kostrowski (played by Rhonda Shear), he becomes somewhat of a local sex symbol among the ladies. Meanwhile, his wife Peggy Bundy seems to be a little jealous of all the attention he is getting.
Later, Al comes inside after washing his car shirtless and getting even more attention from the neighborhood women. Mandi, another sexy neighbor, stops by and asked Al to clean her car. She asks for his help, noting that she's "just a weak, little woman". She proceeds to ask him "Would it be asking too much for you to come over, you know, without your shirt, and, uh, buff my bumpers?". Hearing those words from the sexy neighbor, Al gleefully agrees to. Unfortunately for him, a now upset Peggy puts a stop to it immediately by pulling him back and slamming the door in Mandi's face.
