Mildred is a minor character who visits the yard sale at the Bundy residence in the Season 4 episode of Married... with Children titled "Yard Sale".
She is played by actress Cynthia Sullivan.
Background[]
Due to Peggy Bundy's constant spending, Al Bundy decides to host a yard sale and sell off all of her junk.
On the day of the event, Mildred and her husband Tom, arrive, where he notices Winky the dead parrot. He smile and calls it "pretty bird", despite it clearly being dead and hanging upside down. Al, who is sitting next to the bird, tries to hide his face and pretends to be the bird's voice. As he is about to cry, Al tells Tom that he loves him and begs to go home with him to be part of his family.
Mildred soon notices Al and asks if he was doing the voice. Al takes offense to her accusation of him pretending to voice a dead bird (despite it being true). Tom apologizes to Al and asks how much for Winky, but Mildred grabs him by the arm and forces him to leave with her.
