Miss Parker is a teacher at Polk High School who leads a group of students to mock Kelly Bundy after she became a waitress. She appeared in on Married... with Children in the Season 7 episode, "Kelly Doesn't Live Here Anymore".

She is played by actress Charlotte Booker.

Description[]

She appears to be a red headed women in her late 30s to early 40s. It was mentioned that she was previously married, then began dating a 16 year old boy from her class and was now married to an 18 year old boy.

Background[]

While Kelly struggles as a waitress, Miss Parker leads a group of female high school students to the diner, noting that it was the final stop on the school's "Scared Smart" program. She reveals that the point of the trip was to show that being popular in high school does not guarantee success in the real world.

She then goes on to explain how Kelly was the queen of the school for 5 years (which would imply that Kelly was held back a year), who was so popular and admired for her beauty so much so that she managed to not only date all the male teachers, but Miss Parker's husband as well as a 16 year old male student that Miss Parker was having sex with (as she implies that he earned the "A" in her class for the sex that they had). She then tells her students that they worshipped her for all those years and now the once-popular Kelly is nothing more than a waitress at a diner. She then yells out "Hey Waitress!", causing Kelly to quickly turn and drop the plate of food she was holding.

Upon seeing Kelly and her accident, the girls scream in horror. One of them, Sandy realizes that it is in fact Kelly and that she must go to the library to study and avoid sharing the same fate as the girl she had idolized. After the girls bolt out of the diner, Miss Parker smugly walks up to Kelly and offers her a tip, by warning her to stay away from her new husband, who is 18 years old and just started peaking.

Sometime later, after Kelly becomes more proficient at her job and realizes that she can help the younger generation by offering advice, Miss Parker is seen sitting at a table with Kelly and the girls from the group. Kelly tells Sandy that it is important to always bring a toothbrush, "because you can always cheat on your boyfriend, but not on your gums". She then turns to Miss Parker and suggests that if she is going to keep dating 18 year old boys to bring some condoms, telling the group "Safety is everyone's responsibility". Miss Parker and the girls then thank Kelly and leave, as she gets back to work.
