Mrs. Wicker is the former principal of Polk High School in the Season 3 episode "Can't Dance, Don't Ask Me"
Background[]
She is first mentioned when Kelly tells her parents that Mrs. Wicker is mad at Kelly for stealing her husband. She then reveals that as punishment for spray-painting the school bus, she is forced to join the tap dance club. Al then decides to pay a visit to Mrs. Wicker the following day. It is then revealed that she doesn't like Al and also remembered Peggy by calling her by her old nickname, "The Big Easy", implying that she was also their principal back in the 1960s. After getting into a verbal altercation with Wicker, Al tells Kelly that he is not allowed within 100 feet of the school until the night of Kelly's dance recital, which was an additional punishment she tacked on to show how much she hated Al.
On the night of the recital, she is seated next to Al and Peggy. Despite trying to be polite to her at Peg's request, Mrs. Wicker seems eager to see Kelly fail at the recital. Once Kelly's dance is suddenly changed from a boring tap dance into a sultry dance to the tune of "Fever" with Bruno, the school janitor, the women in the audience are turned on and start making out with the men.
Unfortunately, for Al, since Mrs. Wicker was right next to him, she chose to grab and make out with him while Peggy doesn't seem to notice. Once the dance is over and the lights come back on, the audience quickly straightens their clothing and applaud, with a now happy Mrs. Wicker saying how talented Kelly is and that she is the best student at the school. Meanwhile, a mortified Al tells Peggy that Wicker bit him on the neck and cries out that he'll live forever now.
She is later replaced as the school principal by Mrs. Ravinko in Season 4 and 5, which would imply that Mrs. Wicker had either retired or passed away sometime after this episode.
