Muffy is an actress who appears in the first Dr. Shoe commercial made by Al Bundy.
She is played by actress and Playboy Playmate, Kari Whitman.
Description[]
Muffy appears to be an attractive blonde woman in her mid 20s. She shown wearing a black dress and black pumps. She does not appear to be very skilled in acting nor does she make a convincing pitch for customers to consider Al's services.
In the Dr. Shoe commercial, after Al waits for the phone to ring, she is finally shown, sitting up in bed and stiffly delivering her lines about needing help from Dr. Shoe. She tells him that she is about to go to a party, but her shoes are too tight. Dr. Shoe then comes directly in front of the camera that is recording her and asks the viewers if they have had the same type of problem, saying that he is betting $50,000 on it. Al says if a potential customer is like Muffy, or "if you are just fat and ugly", Dr. Shoe is available to give emergency shoe advice.
Afterward, Dr. Shoe joins Muffy on the bed, as she continues to smile and nod for the rest of the commercial. He delivers his plea for viewers to call his hotline. Muffy then stiffly tells the viewers that she feels better already while he stares and smiles at her and tells viewers "Se Habla Shoe!"
