When Al discovers that the bikini competition Jefferson is judging has a $100,000 prize, he has Kelly enter, and he and Griff become judges to pick Kelly. When Marcy, Bud, and friends, after many hiccups, finally arrive at Fort Lauderdale, they plan to ruin everything.

Plot Summary[]

Marcy, Bud and his fraternity friend pack into Marcy's Mercedes-Benz and begin a road trip from the snow covered Chicago to sunny Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Their ultimate goal is to get revenge on the people who lied to them, namely Jefferson, Kelly and her friends, Ashley, Mindy, and Fawn. Their trip soon hits a snag, as they end up dealing with a shady mechanic who takes a particular liking to Hummer.

Meanwhile, Jefferson, along with Al and Griff begin to enjoy their time partying on the beach with younger, bikini-clad women. Al then decides that he will move down to Florida and make a living by collecting and recycling cans. Nearby, Kelly's friends begin to prepare her for what to to expect at the Miss Spring Break pageant, as she will be Miss Chicago. Later than night, as Jefferson and Griff try to impress the women at a room party by claiming to be several different celebrities. At the same party, Al and Kelly bump into each other where she reveals that she will be in the pageant. Al, trying to be a father, tells her that no good father would allow their daughter to be gawked by drunk men. But as soon as she mentions that the prize is $100,000, he ends up offering his cans to use to buy a new outfit.

Knowing that Jefferson is one of the judges, along with two former winners and two of his fraternity brothers, Al and Griff decide to convince Jefferson's fraternity brothers to let them take their spot. The next day, at the pageant, Kelly's friends also help her out by trying to sabotage the stage. Although Kelly has a strong lead, Griff soon finds himself tempted by another contestant and promising to vote for her instead of Kelly, leading to him being knocked out by Al.

Just as Kelly is announced as the winner, Bud, who is pretending to be actor Joey Lawrence, appears to give her the award. Just then, he decides to reveal to the audience that the male judges were her father, his co-worker and the family's neighbor, making her instantly disqualified. Just then, Marcy chokes out Jefferson, while Hummer, Barney, and Achmed chase Fawn, Mindy, and Ashley off of the beach. As Kelly is booed off stage, Al ends up being arrested and Bud celebrates with the other contestants.
