Stuie is a fishmonger and the brother-in-law of Charlie Verducci. He briefly appears on Top of the Heap in the episode "The Marrying Guy" and "Mona by Moonlight".
He is played by actor Phil Diskin.
Background[]
In "The Marrying Guy", he enters the Verducci apartment and is laughing hysterically. He then tell Vinnie that while Charlie was changing a lightbulb in one of the apartments, the ceiling collapsed. Charlie then arrives covered in dust while holding the ceiling that had the bulb socket. Stuie continues laughing while saying that Charlie was always the funny one in the family. Charlie responds by telling him that his sister (who is married to Stuie) told him that Stuie got plenty of laughs on their honeymoon, implying that was was not good in bed. Stuie simply laughs it off and jokes that at least he has a sex life unlike Charlie, before heading back to the fish market.
In "Monna by Moonlight", although he is not seen, he is mentioned by name as Charlie and Vinnie drive around at night and call out to him as they drive past his fish market.
