Uncle Dudley is a television personality who was the host of Uncle Dudley's Playpen until he was replaced by Kelly Bundy. He appears in the Season 11 episode of Married... with Children titled "A Babe in Toyland".
He is played by actor Brandon Maggart.

Uncle Dudley, along with his puppet, Fredrick, has been the host the children's show for at least 20 years, as Kelly watched his show as a child.
Due to another character, Princess Babs, being away, Kelly is hired to be her temporary replacement, Princess Kelly. As Princess Kelly begins reading a story, Uncle Dudley suddenly has a mental breakdown, where Fredrick says that Uncle Dudley is a no-talent burnout (despite being controlled and voiced by Uncle Dudley). He proceeds to viciously destroy Fredrick in front of the children, who scream in horror and cry. As he led away by security, Kelly quickly improvises and assures the kids that Frederick is just fine.
Seeing her talent, the producer of the show decides to fire Uncle Dudley and retool the show, making it Princess Kelly's Castle. Despite the ratings improving massively, Kelly lets her newfound fame get to her head and becomes an unlikeable diva. In her next appearance, she mocks Bud by turning him into a puppet named "Budrick". She then proceeds to fire Bud as well as another character named Bobby Beaver. After some advice from Al, Bud proceeds to visit Uncle Dudley and convinces him to take back his show and fire Kelly.
As Kelly begins to film the next episode, Uncle Dudley returns with Fredrick. Since the show will return to it original title, he offers Kelly a chance to still be part of the show. Though she immediately rejects the offer, telling the kids that "sharing is for losers" and then proceeds to cuss him out. As she is carried out by security (and Bobby Beaver attacking her at the same time), the producer officially offers him his job back, but Bud, now acting as Uncle Dudley's agent, says that they will discuss it, as several other offers have come in.
Sometime later, the now bitter and unemployed Kelly is laying in bed with her parents as they watch Uncle Dudley's Playpen, where he proceeds to thank Bud for helping him get his job back, calling him "the best agent in Chicago".
