Wanda is a repairwoman who is sent to repair the Bundy's refrigerator while being ogled by Al Bundy and Steve Rhoades in the Season 2 two part episode of Married... with Children titled "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun (Part 1)" and "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun (Part 2)".
She is played by actress Lisa Kahofer.

As Peggy Bundy clears out the broken refrigerator, she mentions that she appreciates Al for taking Marcy Rhoades' advice and hired a woman to do the repair work.
After Peggy decides to head upstairs to nap while the repair is going on, Al gleefully grabs a bag of chips and some beer while standing up. Just then, the young and attractive Wanda, wearing just a red tank top, denim shorts, and tool belt, enters the house and heads to the fridge with Al following behind her. He then sets up a viewing station for himself by the counter while she kneels down to inspect the wiring. Upon inspection, she found a manual for the oven that had not even been opened yet and hands it Al.
A few moments later, Steve arrives and asks Al what the emergency was that made him rush over. Al gleefully points to Wanda, who is now bending over while working inside the fridge. Although Steve seems offended at first, he then smiles and thanks Al, as they both take their viewing positions at the counter. Al appears to not know her actual name, but declares that he will call her "Heidi". Steve then tells Al about how he used to jog behind one of "those" (referring to Wanda's butt) during his college years and eventually ended up running a marathon without knowing it.
As the two men continue watching, Steve begins to feel somewhat terrible for staring at Wanda's butt while she is unaware of them, comparing her to just a piece of meat. He then becomes happy again as she sways her hips to move around the refrigerator again. Al and Steve then begin to compare what her butt looks like, with Al saying that it looks like "two little kittens playing gently under some denim". Just then, Marcy arrives and becomes upset as Steve compares her butt to a little red apple that is just ripe before picking. Wanda then tells Al that she needs to go back to the shop for more tools.
Sometime later, a heavyset older man is seen working on the refrigerator as a now depressed Al and Steve watch. The repairman then reveals that Wanda really had no idea on how to fix a refrigerator. Al comments that she knew what she was doing by teasing him and Steve in her revealing clothes. He then adds "It just goes to show 'ya: if you want something fixed right, hire an ugly man!"
Later, in "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun (Part 2)", Al begins to have a fantasy where he becomes a male stripper at Troys, the strip club where Peggy and Marcy ran off to earlier. As he dances on the stage, he spots Wanda in the crowd and bring her up on stage, right in front of an upset Peggy. As the two dance, Wanda then stuffs money into Al's pants, then proceeds to kiss him on the neck before finally pulling off his shirt. As a stunned Peggy looks on, Al flexes his muscles and then smiles and waves directly to Peggy as he and Wanda continue to dance until the fantasy ends.
